• Free Tire Replacement for Lifetime of the Tire up to 4/32 of the remaining tread, if the tire is not repairable.
• Free Tire Repair for the Lifetime of the Tire. Rubber repairs are done with patch/plug design.

*Free Lifetime: More than 4/32nds of an inch remaining tread groove depth or three (3) years from the date of original tire purchase, whichever comes first.

If the tire has more than 4/32nds of an inch of remaining tread groove depth and before three (3) years from the date of original tire purchase then it shall be covered by our prorated replacement/repair warranty (See manager for details).

Below 4/32nds of an inch of remaining tread groove depth or after three (3) years from the date of original tire purchase, whichever comes first, the tire is considered worn out and shall no longer be warranted.

HOW WILL THE PRORATED CHARGES BE CALCULATED? The replacement price will be calculated by multiplying the current advertised selling price, at the adjustment location, by the percentage of usable original tread that has been worn off at the time of adjustment. First 2/32” (inch) of tread is covered at 100% of the tire cost. You pay for mounting, balancing, and tax for the comparable new replacement.

EXAMPLE: If your disabled tire had an original 12/32" (inch) of usable tread depth and is worn to 6/32" (inch) of usable tread remaining, you have used 50% and therefore must pay 50% of the advertised selling price of a comparable tire. If the price of the comparable tire is $100.00, the cost to you would be $50.00, plus mounting, balancing, warranty package and tax on replaced tire.

 (6/32 divided by 12/32) = 50%            $100.00 x 50% = $50.00

WHAT IS A COMPARABLE TIRE? A “comparable” radial tire may either be the same line of tire or, in the event that the same tire is not available, a tire of the same basic construction and quality with a different sidewall or tread configuration. If a higher priced tire is accepted as replacement, the difference in price will be at an additional charge to you.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY?

• Improper inflation, overloading, high-speed spinup, misapplication, misuse, negligence, racing, chain damage or improper mounting or demounting.
• Mechanical condition(s) of the vehicle that may cause improper wear or accelerate the wear of your tires.
• Chip/chunk conditions on tires intended for highway service.
• Ride disturbance due to damaged wheels or any vehicle condition.
• Tires with weather cracking
• Material added to a tire after leaving (examples: tire fillers, sealants).
• Tires removed from service due to improper repairs.
• Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of vehicle, incidental or consequential damage.
