Factory Scheduled Maintenance
A scheduled maintenance will keep your car running longer and stronger.
You should follow your recommended service intervals by the auto manufactures. These intervals are usually at 30,000 miles, 60,000 miles, 90,000 miles, and so on. However, each manufacturer has their own guidelines for automotive scheduled maintenance. Make sure you either look at your vehicle service guide that came with your vehicle, or, simply stop by your local Car-X Tire & Auto and ask any of our professionally trained staff to lookup this information for you.
Motor Oil and other Fluids:
We only carry the highest grade of premium oils, fluids, and lubricants from major manufactures. You need to make sure that you use a premium grade product to insure that you are getting the most out of your vehicle's engine.
Lubrication and Grease Points:
Chassis lubrication may be required as well, where the frame of your car and wheels are lubricated to help your vehicle maneuver smoothly over bumps, turns, and corners with ease.
Air Filters and Cabin Air Filters:
Air filters are designed to remove solid airborne debris from your engine to enhance its performance and keep it running smoothly. Cabin air filters are often overlooked, and can greatly reduce the effectiveness of the vehicle's air conditioning and heating performance. Clogged or dirty cabin air filters can significantly reduce airflow from the cabin vents, as well as allowing allergens into your vehicle's cabin air stream.
